Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. INTERNATIONALS SHIPPING TAX

If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are excluded in the express cost you paid and levied once your package reaches your country. DANRRIO is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries. But you can contact us for an invoice Please note that the shipping carrier may pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from them after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on importing products.

MILITARY ADDRESS

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island or APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 15-20 business days.

AUTOMATIC RETURNS AND WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

All the orders and orders with high value products are signature requested. If the signature request is waived or you have signature exemption agreement with FedEx, DHL or TNT, DANRRIO will no longer be responsible for any lost or damage of the package.
